It places a tool directly in your hands to make your own voice heard. Take it to a protest. A town hall. A school board meeting. Anywhere you've been talked over, dismissed, or ignored.
For the Black recipients, it's a physical reminder that your voice matters and deserves to be heard. For allies, it's a quiet challenge: everyone says that they want to amplify marginalized voices, but most people stop at the occasional Instagram share.
This drops the tool directly into your hands and asks... so, what are you going to do about it?
