College Players Theater Marketing

While working as Marketing Coordinator on the Executive Board for ASUSF College Players at the University of San Francisco, I breathed life into our student-run theater organization's presence across campus! I took our marketing from basic to showstopping through a variety of campaigns that resonated with students.
I designed everything, ranging from social media content to printed materials. We were able to distribute membership cards that students proudly kept in their wallets, playbills that folks would actually read before shows, and promotional brochures that didn't immediately end up in trash cans. TikToks got genuine laughs (not just courtesy ones!) and my posts convinced people to choose live theater over Netflix on Friday nights!
We also went viral on this journey!
Our production of "The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals" (which also happened to be my directorial debut) skyrocketed up to 20k YouTube views shortly after uploading— faster than anyone could have expected!

Season Posters
For our ‘24–25 season, I developed the creative vision and provided art direction for each production’s distinct visual identity, partnering with the campus Graphics Center, who brought my concepts to life through their design work and helped blanket the university with eye-catching posters that stopped people mid-walk.
Promotional Brochure
A fun and vibrant season brochure subtlely teasing the 2024-25 season’s lineup, featuring photography from past shows, a compelling pitch for the organization, and a playful introduction to the year’s executive board - all designed to draw in potential audiences and boost season ticket sales! Distributed to current and incoming students at various marketing events.
Rocky Horror Picture Show
A wickedly fun social media campaign that brought the campy cult classic to campus life! Created thumb-stopping content across various platforms, including making some trending TikToks, behind-the-scenes Instagram reels of rehearsals, and story updates that built the antici... pation for this well-loved production.
Fundraising
A sweet and simple social media campaign that turned doughnuts into hundreds of dollars! I crafted mouth-watering posts that successfully rallied the campus community to support theater through everyone's favorite glazed treats.
The Skin of Our Teeth
A bold social media campaign that brought a timeless, apocalyptic classic to a whole new generation! I developed engaging TikToks and reels that highlighted the play's relevant themes, showcased some behind-the-scenes footage, and created buzz around this production!
The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals
Speaking of apocalypses, I created a social media campaign for our 3-day run of this hilarious horror-comedy musical, leading to fully-packed shows and the College Players’ YouTube channel blowing up with love, comments, and thousands of views from excited viewers of the archival footage.
Macbeth

As Macbeth and Lady Macbeth claw their way to the crown, the line between reality and nightmare blurs, and no one is safe from the consequences of unchecked desire.
