Night Vale Interactive Typography

I created an immersive website to bring a meaningful piece of text to life through interactivity. I chose some dialogue from the pilot episode of one of my all-time favorite fiction podcasts, Welcome To Night Vale, and designed a four-page site using JavaScript to bring this spooky, quirky world to life.

Each page features elements that respond to the user’s actions, ranging from text and images glowing when hovered upon to changing how fast you’re being propelled through space.

The design process included creating wireframes with Figma, making custom assets, and giving the site some extra razzle dazzle, with music by Disparition.

This experience was made with a mix of original assets and royalty-free audio and images.
